Hardkour Summer


Feeling your new year’s fitness resolution coming to a slump? Are you tired of old exercise routines that no longer prove to be effective for you? Or maybe you’re just looking to be more active for the summer?

Whatever your answer(s) are.. this is something you should consider adding onto your things to do for Summer 2017!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Hardkour Performance presents to you… Hardkour Summer: a 12-week program to condition your body for obstacle course races such as Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Rugged Maniac, Warrior Dash and whatever sport you train for!

The program will be open to all ages, all athletes, and is family oriented.

During our courses, participants will learn and adapt to innovative styles of training that will enhance their overall athleticism, physicality, and performance.

What sets this program apart from our past schedules is that we’re keeping the venue at one location for the full 12-weeks. This allows members to get familiar with the environment and measure their growth through our summer program more accurately.
